Referencing expression library functions/metadata from a script snap

Is it possible to use expression library functions/metadata within a script snap. If so could someone provide me with sample syntax (preferably in the JS format)?

I’ve just run into this use case. I need to access an expression library from within a script snap (PY). Is this possible?
