Issues Logging into the Community Platform?
For users of our previous community platform, please note:
- You need to know your previous username (it is not your email). If you do not recall what it is, email community@snaplogic.com and we'll be happy to look it up for you.
- The first time you log in, you will need to set up a new password.
If you continue to have issues, please email community@snaplogic.com.
SnapLogic employees, you must use the employee sign in option.
