I do have constantly an error on a file writer to a samba mounted location in AWS

Error occurred while creating a mount smb://amznfsgdfgdf484534gdfgd.login.XXXX.com/SharedItems/Engineering/Engineering%20Share/NPI%20Shared%20Documents/doc.xlsx

Resolution:
Please address the reported issue.

Reason:
Mount timeout error
