This has been observed numerous times for different servers and even for different business clients as well. Could you please confirm does snaplogic has some open issues like this, if not then what could be the probable solution to fix such issues permanently. Regards, Hirak Re: Once working pipelines are failing Hi, What was the final solution of this issue?? Regards, Hirak How snaplogic internal database manages the metadata Hi Team, Could you please let me know how and where snaplogic stores its metadata like the mapping we did or any routing condition etc? Does each data for snap stored separately or its the entire pipeline saved as a metadata in database? Which database commonly sed to save the data and is it possible to retrieve those information out of snaplogic control plane? Regards, Hirak Conversion from UTF-8 InputStream to Byte Hi Team, I had a requirement where I have to convert UTF-8 input stream into byte and then pass the document in an RFC call via SAP execute. Could you please suggest a solution here? Regards, Hirak Filebase64 response which is of MTOm type is not getting captured in snaplogic Hi Team, I had encountered an issue on response from soap execute snap. In the response there is an attribute named filebase64 which is a multipart content but snaplogic is not recognizing the content an getting an weird response like below :- which is not expected as it should be base64 encoded file. Please suggest whats needs to be changed in soap execute. Regards, Hirak Pipeline execution time is more than expected Hi Team, We had a medium complex pipeline around 30 snaps and it takes around 10 secs to execute the pipeline. The pipeline contains XSLT snap which execution time around 2 secs and Rest Post snaps execution time takes around 3 secs and other snaps execution times approx 1 ms. Not sure how to calculate the time taken in each snaps as there are number of parameters I see in like input time, execution time, output time, cpu time, wait time. Could you please let me know which parameters are considered that’s calculates the total time taken in overall execution time of 10 s. Our client is complaining that it’s a performance issue that pipeline execution takes 10 secs. How to reduce it?? Please reply. Regards, Hirak Re: Sort snap not competing even after 24 hrs Downstream we had a copy snap. We didn’t tried yet by delinking it. We can try that. But what’s the reason why this is not completimg could u pls explain. Thanks Hirak Re: How to push message to an AWS SNS topic Yes I m trying the same community approach but there were some challenges which our configuration team is looking into it. Thanks for replying. Sort snap not competing even after 24 hrs Hi Team, I had a requirement where I have to use a sort snap and this sort needs to sort 50000 documents. But after processing 3057 documents, this snap kind of stuck keeps on validating but not processing the next documents. It’s running for 24 hours. Sort order I m using as global. Could u pls let me know the reason why it’s not completing. If I process less documents same pipeline works fine. What’s the option we xam use to fix this. Regards Hirak Re: Best practices to publish to a AWS SNS topic Hi Mohamed, I had the same requirement with sns that you had posted. So if i follow the approach that you mentioned here it will be good right? Or any additional step to be taken. Regards, Hirak
