How to host an SCIM endpoint

Hello,

Please help me understand if it is possible to host custom endpoints to trigger the pipelines.

For example I want to host APIs for SCIM which have parameters like /user or /users/{id} or /groups in the endpoint which an external tool or user can call to trigger the pipelines.
