If you already have a Support ticket open on this topic, please continue to use the Support channel to carry this conversation forward. Unless it is a completely tangent topic, branching the conversation out into the Community does not help expedite resolution of the Support ticket. Thank you!

I understand, the only reason is our admin team & SL support handling the ticket are working in different time zone, so thought of saving some time in case answer is available through community.
We just need the exact port for the cloudplex, for the rest we’ll coordinate with SL support.
