Have you selected this option “Validate after write” in your File writer Snap. If so , please uncheck and try to run your pipelines with 500 + files. we found similar issue with SFTP during our POC. Snaplogic fixed that issue for us. I can check if its deployed to production or not .
“Validate after write” is unchecked in our pipeline.
