Pipleline unable to load data size about 150 Million

Question

Unable to load data of 150 Million spent lots of hours trying to restrict data for few months but still the issue persists . Any one had the issues of loading large volumes of data ? any other inputs is appreciated .

We have increased Disk Space from 1TB to 2TB .If that doesn’t work out i will let you by EOD .
