Which version of the NetSuite snap pack are you using? I recommend upgrading to the latest patch release, netsuite7879, if you haven’t yet. It will likely help with this issue.

    Hi,

    We are using snapsmrc523 (default) SnapPack.
    Since this integration is already running on PROD, do you think upgrading to the latest patch release i.e. NetSuite 7879 would be an issue.

      No. This patch was specifically intended to address the issue you’re getting and has been approved by our QA team. Please give it a try.
