SnapLogic Metadata List - Get all projects

Hi all, 

I have a question regarding the list snap. Does it only list projects that the owner of the pipeline has access to? If we wanted to grab all project pipelines that exist across all of the employees of an organization or team. Is there a way to configure the snap to do so or does that person need to set up their own pipeline? Thanks.
