How to clear cache of snap pack in snaplex.

Hello,
I have created and uploaded custom snap package i.e. TC_loginSnap. But I am facing issue that even if I remove that package  from the manager and also refresh designer and manager tab many time  but still it is present in the designer tab. So, what can I do further ?
