Create opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and create invoice in Workday if sale occurs

This pipeline pattern is used to automate the opportunity to sale process. By using this pipeline, opportunities or orders are created in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and then automatically triggers the creation of an invoice in Workday if a sales occurs.
