Installing a valid SSL certificate onto a Feedmaster

Hi all,

We are trying to get Salesforce to make an outbound HTTPS request to a SnapLogic feedmaster (on a Windows VM). We’ve validated this successfully in our QA environment but are having trouble getting this to work in the cloud. We suspect that the likely cause is that our Feedmaster does not have a valid SSL certificate. We have a valid certificate available (a .crt file) but have not been able to find step-by-step directions on how to install an SSL certificate onto a Feedmaster.

Can someone provide step-by-step directions on how to install an SSL certificate (.crt file) on a SnapLogic feedmaster instance? (Partially solved. See question below)

Update: We discovered that the format of the serverkeys.jks and datakeys.jks files is JCEKS and were able to install our certificate into the keystore. However, when we hit the feedmaster through Chrome we now encounter the following message:

ipaas.destinysolutions.com uses an unsupported protocol.
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
HIDE DETAILS
Unsupported protocol
The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.

Any ideas on how to resolve this error?
