New SSO Users - Welcome Email with Password Reset

Our users authenticate via SSO. When I create a new user, it seems required for them to go through the process of getting the welcome email and manually resetting their password (never to be used again) before the SSO login will work. Am I missing something - is there an easier way around this?

The requirement to have the user change their SnapLogic password does not apply if the “Disable password-based login” is enabled when the user account is created. That means the user can login using SSO only.
