Snaplogic integration using Netsuite

We are experiencing an intermittent issue with our Netsuite integration.

Error: Unable to parse XML schema information from the given WSDL

Resolution:
Please validate XSD and correct

Reason:
Premature end of file.

Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; systemId: https://4515368-sb2.suitetalk.api.netsuite.com/xsd/activities/v2019_1_0/schedulingTypes.xsd; lineNumber: 1; columnNumber: 1;

I believe this is a issue with the Netsuite instance and the snaplogic is not been able to read the xml schema correctly. As this is issue intermittent therefore I am not sure why it is the root cause.

Any help here.

Which version of the NetSuite snap pack are you using? I recommend upgrading to the latest patch release, netsuite7879, if you haven’t yet. It will likely help with this issue.

We are using snapsmrc523 (default) SnapPack.
Since this integration is already running on PROD, do you think upgrading to the latest patch release i.e. NetSuite 7879 would be an issue.
