Ultra endpoints - Response is not returned to the caller

Hello,

We started to experience very strange behavior with ultra tasks. Ultra tasks are up and running, but some of the endpoints are not returning the response back, even in dashboard we can see that the requests are processes successfully. Any thoughts why this could be the case?
