CSV Formatter Incorrect Format Due to Quoting String

Hi There,

I am currently in a situation where the CSV Formatter is quoting the entire CSV string from a SOAP API call, preventing proper parsing out of the box.

I attempted to use a mapper to remove the quotes but the return is still quoted. Is there something in addition that can be used to remove the quotes?
