Hi,
You should be able to achieve this using the SnapLogic Metadata snap pack. The snaps in there List and Read will allow you to identify the assets you want, and then get the details about what you want down to values held in fields.
I've created a few processes that use this to identify things like hard coded emails.
I'm not sure if there is a public API that can get this info!
