How to compare two tables

Samyuktha

How to compare two tables, which are in different databases. Also, these databases are scheduled. One database table is already existing and functional the other database is newly developed. The newly developed table mimics the existing table and is developed in snaplogic. What is the best way to check if the newly developed table mimics the existing table? (The scheduled time interval in which data bases get updated is 5 mins)

Thanks

I think the easiest, and best way that is simple, is to use the diff snap. Unfortunately, I needed to know WHAT was changed, and have old data for the delets, so I had to emulate the diff snap through a join.

Our current scenario has tables in which there are composite keys and multiple columns are updated
