Permissions of a user/group

I have users grouped into groups and permissions to each of the project folders are assigned to groups. Is there a way to query the list of folders a user / group has access and the permissions...

Thanks, Spiro. Yes I am well aware of that feature. But what I am looking for is a mapping between the user/group - project folder - permissions, instead of checking of every folder. I will use the API to get that then.
