We recently started having problems with a pipeline we had created a few months ago. The multi-file reader snap is returning a, “Failed to get file attribute, the requested file may not exist or you may not have the access privilege or the server is not accessible” error. I tried creating a File Reader snap in a new pipeline to test the access and location to the file the existing pipeline is supposed to be reading and it had no problem finding the correct file. In the new pipeline, I created a multi-file reader snap with the same location, and it is still giving me the same error. Anyone run into this issue?
