I have an Integration where I’m using SABA rest API to fetch/update the Employee details. While loading employee updates I’m facing an issue with few records with the error message “Timeout waiting for connection from pool” when it is a bulk load and it is taking longer time for execution. But whereas, if I load these records separately, we are getting the valid error message. We are directing the error records to an error pipeline and writing those to a file.
Could you please let us know what is exactly causing this issue and why the connection is not closed for these records.
We configured the Rest snap with default behavior (900 seconds for Read time out and 30 seconds for connection timeout). Please let us know if we need to increase the timeout or is there anything wrong with writing the error records to a file.
