Ultra access for external resource

Hi Guys, I am able to create ultra pipeline which can be called from inside firewall. Now I want to expose my API to be access by external system. How to white listing those IP?

More detail: this seems to only happen when i include a text field in the documents passed to the RPE

    Hey Supratim, for load balancer implementation, please consult with your infrastructure team. The load balancer will need to take some externally available resource and point to the same path that you are calling from inside the firewall.
