Try adding an Exit snap after the Emailer with threshold at 0 to fail the pipeline if either source fails. You may also have to set the batch size property in the Emailer to 1 to prevent record batching.
This should allow you to continue to use the Union snap and avoid the “added columns” issue.
I just put the exit snap but since one server stills up it is sending the information to the file writers, and creating the csv file with half of the information:

I’ve alerted the Doc Manager, but it looks like it may be an issue with Confluence.

Hi Chris,
As Diane said, this is an issue with Confluence. That said, if you’re continuing to have access issues, then please try and send the following information to documentation@snaplogic.com:
- A screenshot of the entire screen in high resolution so we can analyze the error;
- A HAR File created while the error is shown;
- The browser’s console log.
We will remove any private information and send the rest to Confluence Support to try and reproduce this error.
If this is now resolved, then let us know.
