Unable to rename a project

Trying to follow instructions here to rename a project, but I don’t see a context menu that has anything related to renaming.

I am an admin on the platform and have given myself full access for the project.

All I see are the following choices:

    It looks like you are looking at a project space, which cannot be edited.
    A project would be the lower level, like customer_vendor, and would have Edit as an option in its context menu.
