What were the underlying reasons or business implications for the need to innovate and transform the business?

SnapLogic provides a no-code UI to customers to automate data movement from source to destination. SnapLogic also provides snap packs and snaps to transform data easily. SnapLogic has various connectors to source and load data to various AWS services/resources, thus enabling easy and secure connectivity to AWS services like Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, Amazon Healthlake, Amazon SQS, DynamoDB and more. SnapLogic also integrates with other ISV partners on AWS platform like Snowflake and Databricks. Snaplogic connectors to Salesforce and Amazon Redshift has onboarded many common customers on our joint solution like Workday, Salesforce.com, ServiceNow, Veeva Systems and more. This managed health care company uses SnapLogic to integrate with AWS Services to build its end to end data pipeline and support critical Data Analytics.

A managed health care company, the account grew from 3X from 2020 to 2021.

Describe your strategy and execution to solve the business challenge.

The initial integrations supported by SnapLogic were with Amazon Redshift, Amazon S3 and SaaS application and products. SnapLogic continues to modernize and adopt latest Amazon Services and features. We used SnapLogic for integration with Amazon Healthlake. Snaplogic offers snaps to read data, convert to FHIR format and load to Amazon Healthlake. Snaplogic also has the snap to read data from Amazon Healthlake. Thus enabling life sciences and healthcare agencies, organizations, researchers, and practitioners to collaborate and derive real, lasting value from the data that powers their operations, programs, and services.

What were the business results after executing the strategy?

The customer went through multiple acquisitions resulting in disparate CRM systems. With the help of SnapLogic and AWS, they were able to achieve an integrated view of sales performance and their pipeline.

Due to their multiple acquisition they ended up with multiple data sources and destinations. SnapLogic integration with AWS services helped to streamline all those data sources and helped them in building a common source of truth in a simple and efficient manner.

Migrated to AWS and Amazon RedShift for CDW (SnapLogic is Integration Fabric) in 2020 that reduced ETL time by 70% and reduced IT operational costs by 20%.

AWS and SnapLogic continues to drive more joint solutions and co-innovations to help customer success and fast time to market. Vinesh Kolpe, PMP from the customer said -

SnapLogic has built and continues to build new connectors and snaps to integrate with new AWS Services. SnapLogic is currently working on building integration with Amazon Connect for a call center reporting/analytics use case. We envision this integration to drive more customers who are seeking to build a unified data platform to transform their organization and drive business.
