Monitor Is Replacing Dashboard on August 12,2025

Hi All,

On August 12, 2025, we will be retiring Dashboard in the SnapLogic product experience. In its place, we’re excited to introduce Monitor – a faster, more powerful, and modern monitoring experience.

Why is this happening?

As part of our ongoing effort to simplify and modernize the SnapLogic platform, we’ve redesigned how you monitor your environment. Over time, Dashboard became harder to maintain and improve due to older design and architecture. Monitor is built on a modern foundation that allows us to deliver new features more quickly, and provide better visibility into your pipelines and environment. This change also ensures a more consistent experience across the SnapLogic platform.

What this means:

• Once changes take effect, 

  • all previously bookmarked Dashboard URLs will automatically navigate to the new Monitor application.
  • links to classic Dashboard via the waffle menu will not be available
• Changes will take effect automatically with no action required from you
• Customer environments (orgs) that were created on or after April 10, 2025 did not have access to Dashboard and thus will not be impacted by this retirement.

Timeline:

• August 6, 2025: Dashboard is replaced by Monitor in UAT environments
• August 12, 2025: Dashboard is replaced by Monitor in Production environments

Dashboard will be available until above mentioned dates in the respective environments.
