SnapLogic Community is 4!
March 31st, 2021 marks 4 years since we opened the SnapLogic Community. How we’ve grown since our first day: We started with 100 users. We are currently at 2819. We had 99 topics to get us started. This will be topic 2975. There were 123 responses. Now we have a whopping 19,005! To all those that have contributed along the way, thank you for being a part of the SnapLogic Community!1.2KViews3likes0CommentsCommunity Update December 2017
As we rapidly head toward the end of the year, I wanted to make you aware of some changes to the Community that are in the progress this month. Community Access Users that make up the Community will be changing slightly: Active Customers and partners have had and will continue to have full access to the Community. Prospective Customers and trial customers will be given full access to the Community for a limited amount of time, based on their POC or trial time period. After that point, access will be disabled until such time that the user becomes a customer. Avatar Icons Similar to the icon on avatars in posts to indicate SnapLogic Employees, I will be adding the following icons: Prospects will display a refresh icon Trial Users will display a half full hourglass icon Former Community members will display a red X (since we want to keep the information they have posted, but don’t want you to ask questions of someone no longer in the Community) User Cleanup Since we have no way of knowing if someone has left your company, I will be messaging each company group to verify their list of users, particularly if they have people that have not logged on in quite awhile. These changes will be implemented over the month of December as I verify company status and membership. If you believe I have flagged your company as a prospect or trial user in error, or have any other questions either message me directly in the Community or email me at snaplogic-community-manager@snaplogic.com. For those who requested a job board within the SnapLogic Community, you can now find the category Who’s Hiring at the bottom of the home page. Please abide by the guidelines within that category when posting a job opening. You are responsible for removing your posts when they are no longer open.1.4KViews1like0CommentsThe SnapLogic Community turns One!
Happy Anniversary, SnapLogic Community! On March 31st, we celebrate one year since we launched the SnapLogic Community. While there will be a public announcement on the SnapLogic Blog, for you, our users, we wanted to thank you for helping make this a successful first year! Google Analytics of our site continues to show there is usually someone in the Community (hours are in Pacific Time). Nothing says Community more than users helping users. Over the past year, our Community has grown to over 960 users. There are 750 individual threads which generated over 2.5K responses! Thank you for your continued support! Expanding our Community This quarter, we are launching a few new things in the Community. Knowledgebase We know that information can often be scattered across documentation, Q&A in the Community, videos on YouTube, training materials, and notes from your SEs or account managers. We have begun consolidating information, cleaning it up, and posting to the new Knowledgebase category. Existing Knowledgebase topics posted by SnapLogic team members in the first year of the Community will be moved to the Knowledgebase category to make it the reference category. User Groups We will be introducing user groups within the Community. In coordination with Marketing planned activities, groups will be created for various industries and for regions. This will help create a place where users can ask others within their industry how they may have solved an industry-specific issue with SnapLogic or for SnapLogic users of a particular region to plan a meet up. Watch for more things to come as the year progresses! Diane Miller Community Manager1.7KViews1like0Comments
