Permission and access control across snaploigc

Hi All,
We have a requirement to restrict users or set of users from accessing different orgs… can this be achieved ? at present what I see is once user is created and has access to project …its by default added to all the orgs…Can I change this so that users can have access to only selected org ?

    By default, users should only see those orgs to which they are explicitly added and projects are only created within the specified project space within a single org.

    Are you using the in-product user and project creation or is possibly being done by a script that is replicating information across orgs?
