Permission and access control across snaploigc

Hi All, We have a requirement to restrict users or set of users from accessing different orgs… can this be achieved ? at present what I see is once user is created and has access to project …its by...

By default, users should only see those orgs to which they are explicitly added and projects are only created within the specified project space within a single org.

Are you using the in-product user and project creation or is possibly being done by a script that is replicating information across orgs?
