AutoSync simplifies the synchronization of data from disparate sources into a cloud data warehouse (CDW) where it can be used for analytics and reporting.

S3 is not a cloud data warehouse, so won’t be a target for AutoSync. But you can use regular pipelines in SnapLogic to write to S3.
