Issue in creating Salesforce Account

When I am trying to create a Salesforce Account using the user credentials, I am encountering the error as mentioned below.

Does the login URL match how you would log into Salesforce?
Some companies have a personalized / customized login URL with (for example) their company name included in the address (rather than the generic login.salesforce.com address).
