Router Snap to check three diff versions of Excel template

After changing the Router expression I was able to resolve the issue.
$Excel_TEMPLATE_VERSION == ‘Version N-1’ || $Excel_TEMPLATE_VERSION == ‘Version N’
&& $CONTRACT_NUMBER != null
