Salesforce Lookup snap drops document when pass-through flag unchecked

According to Salesforce Lookup snap document:

I’m not seeing the highlighted behavior in my tests. Here’s a simple pipeline with the pass-through flag unchecked on the Salesforce Lookup snap

When I execute this pipeline, these are the Execution Statistics that I see:

I was exppecting to see a dcoument to be written out to the error view,but I do not see that.

Is this a bug in the snap? If not, can someone point out how I should change my pipeline to be able to forward the document to the error view when the lookup returns no results.

    I am having the same problem. Did you get any reply?

      I found a solution for this. Looks like you also have to check “Single lookup request” to get back the document that is being passed if no lookup result is found.
