Launched: API Developer Portal: API User and Subscription Self Service

We will soon launch updates to API Developer Portal that will enhance API consumer self-service and help API users build their applications to market faster. New updates allow API Users to create an account on the developer portal, subscribe to APIs that are available to them, and get notified when their API subscription is approved or API access keys have been updated.
