Oracle Thin Client Setup Issue

I have been trying to set up Oracle thin Client account on snaplogic without much success. I used the options on the Oracle Account Setup documentation page and used the default JDBC driver class. Please see attached

I then imported the JDBC.jar files as files using the manager. And when I tried to connect encountered this error below.
“Failed to validate account: Jar file download failed : NOT FOUND. (Reason: Jar file download failed : NOT FOUND.; Resolution: Please verify if the provided credentials are correct)”

Should the oracle JDBC Jar files be installed on the groundplex to access the jar file?

Tried absolute path to JAR files. The issue happened to be a Firewall issue on the snaplogic groundplex that was resolved once the correct ports were opened
