If all Academic_levels in Student_course_regi… are same inside the list, you can get only the first element.
You just need to replace [*] with [0] inside the expression from above image.

I have similar questions about Github. There is a lot lacking in the ability to undo changes, compare what’s in the project with what’s in Github.
The other technique I’ve had to do is create a new project, connect that one to the repository. But all a bit clunky.
