All, It’s been almost 4 years since we started down this path of building the SnapLogic Community, we have watched it grow to almost 2600 users with a similar amount individual topic threads. Along the way we’ve tried some ideas that were requested – some worked well, some not so much – but we’d like to do more. We’ve put together a survey (pasted below or at this survey link) to gather your feedback on what you want out of our Community, what works for you, and where we need to improve. All ideas and suggestions for improvement are welcome. We’d like a response by end of business November 6th so we can compile your feedback and start working on plans for the new year. As we approach our 3 year anniversary of the SnapLogic Community at the end of this month, what can we do make this site more engaging to you? Any there: topics that you’d like to see discussed? videos that you’s like to see created? categories to add? User groups you’d like to see created (regional, industry, etc.)? Let’s brainstorm.1.5KViews0likes0CommentsCommunity Wish List
I wanted to create a single thread for ideas to help improve your SnapLogic Community. What else would you like to see here? Are there additional categories or subcategories we may have missed? Do you want to see some regularly scheduled posts or discussions? If so, what topics would you like to see these on? Let us know your thoughts. We’ll see what we can do and plan from there. UPDATES Added Enhancement Requests as a Category at Product Management’s request. Added “Testing, Deployment and Automation” as a subcategory of Designing Pipelines. Added the ability to mark a response to your thread as a Solution.3.6KViews0likes6CommentsOpening up the Community
All, As we approach our 2 year anniversary of the SnapLogic Community this weekend, I wanted to give you notice that we will be making the SnapLogic Community publicly readable. You will still need a login from a verified customer, partner, or trial user domain to post in the Community; public/personal email accounts will still not be allowed. The planned date of the switch is Wednesday, April 10th at 5 pm PDT. We wanted to give our current members time to review their posts and profiles to make sure they didn’t have any company-specific data that they don’t want viewed. If you have any questions, please let me know. Diane Miller Product Trials and Community Manager1.8KViews0likes1CommentCommunity Maintenance, March 26
In preparation for upcoming changes to the Community, there is some maintenance to be done by our host software this evening, March 26th, between 5 PM and 10 PM Pacific time. There is expected to be a 20 minute period in which the Community will be read-only, with about 5 minutes in which it is not accessible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
