Best Way to Access Zendesk when you don't have the Snaps for it

Question

I'm very new to SL and have a limited number of snap packs available, but importantly no Zendesk snap pack.&nbsp; I know there are several ways to access Zendesk, but was wondering what was the preferred way.&nbsp; I'm thinking ahead to scalability since I will most likely copy the pipeline and make changes as needed.

samuelrz&nbsp;- I would recommend you use the HTTP Client snap and call the Zendesk API

I don't have the Zendesk Snaps as part of the install.&nbsp;&nbsp;

The HTTP Client Snap is part of the&nbsp;API Suite Snap Pack.
