API Management: can we use Google oauth in proxy to authorize access token instead of Snaplogic oauth

Use case: We will pass google access token in API request.

We are planning to use Google oauth in proxy to authorize access token instead of Snaplogic oauth.

Can this be done at proxy level/ API management level
