How to access Amazon Neptune instance using snaps?

Hi All,

I need to connect to Amazon Neptune instance running on an Amazon EC2 host.
I tried connecting using Rest Snap . But unable to connect to it .
Are there snaps to connect and query Amazon Neptune instance?
