How to delete particular record from csv file

How to delete particular record from csv file
eg. if the some record is processed from csv file then need to delete that record from csv file , please suggest how to proceed this.

    @Mahesh7225 Can use filter snap based on the unique condition you can remove particular . If you want process only 20/30 records then use header snap and make doc count 20/30 as you wish.
