Metadata : Extracting Source- target information from Snaplogic Read

Hi Team,
I have list target of tables loaded by snap. i am trying to find a method to extract name of the source file or table loaded the target data.

Can i use Snaplogic Read to get these information and how to pass list of target table to these snap.
