Support Issue

Hi,

I have sent multiple emails to support@snaplogic.com but nobody bothers to respond. Could you confirm what it takes to get a response from you?

    hi @amit.saroha
    to pass parameter from parent to child pipeline you can use pipeline execute snap.
    select parameter properties of pipeline execute snap.

      Are you from support? What is the process to connect to the support team because I do not see a reply from them after multiple follow-ups.
