Suppress Welcome Email for New Users

Are there any options to suppress the welcome email when creating users via the API?

We’ve got SnapLogic configured for Okta SSO and don’t want the default emails sent out that instruct users to login via the default link.

I’m hoping there’s an alternative to creating users with an incorrect email and then updating it to the correct value after the email is sent (assuming that wouldn’t trigger another email).

    When you create a user in the UI, there’s a “Send notification emails” box. How can we “uncheck this box” when creating a user via API?
