Threshold check for incoming data

Hi there,

I wanted to have an alert mechanism in place to capture and alert when Pipeline is processing an unusually large number of documents or large-sized documents. It should compare the previous 10 execution count from Audit and trigger an alert if threshold goes higher than 20 %.

It can be doable by following the link but looks like I must have Org admin permissions for managing alerts.
