Values not populated in XML with source data

Hi I am running in to an issue where my the XML being passed to submit data to my destination system is not populating values from source data.

    How are you populating the xml exactly? What is upstream from the submit snap? Can you possibly share a pipeline?

    I have resolved this via putting a conditional statement in mapper
