Launched: Improved Snaplex Network Logging

We have increased logging of networking issues to help SnapLogic Support debug customer environments. This includes making sure the heartbeat between each node in the Snaplex and the control plane are recorded in a log and enabling the HTTP client libraries logging at warn/error level. Log entries are stored in the jcc_state_logs.json log file on the Snaplex.
