Unable to connect the redshift account

Hi ,

I’m unable to connect to my redshift account to access the DB. In spite of giving correct credentials the account is being connected. says as below.

Failed to validate account: Failed to retrieve a database connection. Cause: Amazon Error setting/closing connection: SocketTimeoutException. (Reason: Amazon Error setting/closing connection: SocketTimeoutException.; Resolution: Address the reported issue.)
