Understanding SAP BAPI List config key

I am using SAP Execute snap to fetch data from a Functional Module in SAP. This snap does return me a successful data, however, it formats the incoming integer or number values.
For Eg. If the data in SAP is ‘01’, the SAP Execute output shows ‘1’. This is not happening for just one field, but there are multiple fields which are getting formatted. Is there any possible way where we can get the exact output from SAP Execute snap?
